Model IC-100 CSRTwo-component 100% solids epoxy coating system engineered to protect concrete and similar surfaces while offering rapid curing even in low temperatures.
This coating delivers excellent mechanical and chemical resistance with a good aesthetic finish. It is ideal for food and pharmaceutical environments due to its VOC-free, bacteria-resistant formulation, and cures rapidly even at low temperatures with a full cure of 5-7 days depending on temperature.

Mixing & Application
Two-component 100% solids epoxy mixed A:B 2:1 by volume (100:47 by weight), applied at 20 mils (80 ft²/gal). Apply at 15°C-30°C, max 85% RH, substrate ≥15°C with <4% moisture. Notable for rapid cure even at low temperatures (foot traffic in as little as 3-6 hrs). Avoid porous ground-level exterior surfaces. Protect for 24 hrs from humidity, water, condensation. May discolor under UV exposure.
