Model IC-100 CREHigh-build, solvent-free, two-component novolac epoxy coating system designed for aggressive chemical environments.
This coating is also available as a crack filler for expansion joints. It delivers robust resistance across a broad spectrum of chemicals and solvents, making it suitable for manufacturing, laboratories, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing sectors. It is C.F.I.A. compliant.

Mixing & Application
High-build novolac epoxy mixed A:B 2:1 by volume (100:47 by weight), applied at 20 mils (80 ft²/gal). Apply 15°C-30°C, max 85% RH, substrate ≥15°C with <4% moisture. Avoid ground-level exterior application. Protect from humidity, condensation, and water for the first 24 hrs. May discolor under UV exposure. Also usable as crack filler for expansion joints.
